1. Your order will be confirmed via the phone and /or email.

2. Delivery will only be made upon confirmation by payment. Only cash payment is accepted.

3. Payment must be made at the booth outside the Business Undergraduate Lounge Room during the period 5-9 February (11am -4pm). However, if you are not an NUS student, do let us know and we will arrange an alternative payment location.

4. Kindly note that free deliveries will only be made with purchases of S$100 and above. (UNLESS it is within NUS)

5. Deliveries are island-wide. There will be a delivery charge of $15 for purchases below $100.

6. If you do not wish to have the items delivered. Please collect them at the booth during the period 12-14 February.

7. We do offer "special services" such as surprising your special someone and writing free messages with bouquets. (Just state them in the last text box "Special Instructions/Requests")
